Vizio most of the time turns on with black screen no backlight

My Vizio (SV42 inch panel no. LC420wuf) most of the time turns on with black screen no back light. The amber Vizio turns white but then nothing. I will unplug and plug in and try again 2-10 times until the full tv turns on.

It seems pretty common as far as Vizio goes on here so I was looking for a bit of help. Unfortunately for my specific model I can't find a diagram on here but for a similar Vizio.

I HAVE purchase the U33 resistor I have seen mentioned. I opened up the TV to find it was not laid out the same so I am turning to you now.

I do own a multimeter and soldering gun but I am not a genius when it comes to electronic theory.

U33 is unlikely to be a resistor - what experience of electronic repairs do you have?

Ah I'm sorry I meant regulator but typed resistor. I don't have a lot of experience but I am pretty handy.

What is the full model number of this TV so I can see if SJ has good clear pictures of your boards?

I am very sorry. I am very busy lately so I haven't been able to update this ofetn. I am off the next few days with free time! My TV now won't seem to turn on so I will be extra attentive to this board. I have attached the back label to this post, (I assume it will show up here.)
