    Samsung UN55J6200AFXZA Splash Screen Comes up, goes out, screen flashes one time and won't turn off

    Samsung UN55J6200AFXZA Splash Screen Comes up, goes out, screen flashes one time and then tv won't turn off.
    No picture. No sound that I can tell. Backlights are on and have been checked. Flashlight test no image on screen. I replaced the Eprom chip hoping that was the problem but nothing changed.
    Please help. Thanks in advance!

      Had one of these models that did the same thing, a replacement mainboard fixed it.

              If you turn it on and leave it for like 20-30 minutes some Samsungs will show a Samsung logo move across the screen like the old direct TV used to be. Told me it was main board before. Mine was a older QLED that did that.

                      Hisense 40H4F no backlight but turns off after splash screen

                      So I have this Hisense tv where the backlight does not come on. But when it is turned on, when I shine a flashlight on the screen, I can clearly see the splash screen then it turns off. I looked at the mainboard and was expecting to see bulged capacitors, but they all look fine. I unplugged the backlight from the mainboard, and get the same symptoms (i.e. no backlight, dark splash screen then just a black screen). Is this just a backlight issues? Do Hisense tvs turn off by itself if the backlights are unplugged or are bad? Or is this a mainboard issue?

                      Hello everybody! Posting this in hopes somebody has some expertise that leads to a clear path of troubleshooting that saves me a lot of time!

                      My macbook has the flex cable problem, the one that prevents the screen turning on. Ive been dealing with this for the last 3 years. Last year it went dead and I managed to fix it following youtube tutorials. But my fix wasnt the best, the problem returned a month later. This week, it went dead again. I again tried to fix it.

                      This time the original cable broke too close to the screen, it can't be fixed without tearing the screen...

                      I have a TCL 55S451 that's stuck on the logo screen. I've done all of the traditional troubleshooting steps (power cycling, holding the reset button, etc.), but nothing has worked. I thought the main board was dead, but then I realized that even though it was only showing the logo screen, it appeared to be responding to remote buttons.

                      So I pressed the reset button again and used the remote to put the TV into screen reader mode. I was then able to navigate through the setup menus (including successfully connecting to the internet) in order to update the firmware. I thought that that...

                      Macbook Air M2 A2681 Kernel panics after screen replacement

                      Just had a customer bring in a M2 MBA A2681 that had had a screen replacement in April at another repairer. Since then, she has been getting intermittent kernel panics. It's an aftermarket screen, and of course it fails in diagnostics as the calibration hasn't been done. The error in the panic log is "No device added after powering on the rails".

                      It seems the original repairer has swapped the board and the screen to other MAC's, and said that it isn't a screen issue. From what I understand, by doing a quick search on Google, this is in fact a screen issue. The panic relates...

                      If the unit is left powered ON and allowed to go to sleep, everything is fine. But if the power switch is off, every 11 minutes the screen flashes solid white for about 1/10 second.

                      There is no voltage leaking through the power switch when it's off. What the heck is going on here?

                      Using 1.31 firmware, I have not tried others; I'm not really a fan of the idea that I should install a proprietary piece of software just to put a file onto a USB device.
