I would concentrate on getting a decent picture of your power supply and posting it using manage attachments so it can be expanded. Around 2mb and you need to get the lighting right.
What I find odd is that I cant see any normal testing being done- perhaps you have done it and just not reported it. Usual thing is to check the secondary
voltages at the connector to the main board. If there are none or they test shakey then go back to testing the primary voltage.
