    Philips 42PFL7422D/37 power supply issue

Hi, recently I bought a broken Philips 42PFL7422D/37. I'm electronics hobbiest so I wanna try to fix it. If I try to turn it on, there wasn' t any sound or picture. There's heard only click.
I replaced the parts which were bad (by visual) and some kind of diodes after checks. I was download manual service and then checks almost everything. There is only 120V AC out to main board (1P02); four big caps have about 152V DC; MC34067P on 15 pin there is growing and falling DC voltage (9-15,26V). I think it will be easier to show my measure on Block Diagram.
Could You help me? What I have to check in this power supply?
    Thanks
    (sorry 4 my language)

I'm trying to fix one of these myself. However, you may have different power board given you are in 220V/50Hz region (PAL).
Everything, including my Philips TVs, are subject to birth, disease, old age, and finally death.

Check R3318 to see if it is OK, that is the common failure component.

budm I was check almost every part of Primary Side this board(resistor 3318 is good).
        PhilipsKSI I have a transformer from 220/110V.
Are there any test points or any standard Voltages on this board which I should check to make sure that I go right way?
        I'm just a beginner so I'm asking...
I have a question. I was connect this broken board on my table, giving +5V from LAB Power Supply to 7th pin of 1P11 connector. How can I simulate START this board? Which of pins I should cross/close ?
        Thx

Vizio e601i-A3 - Has Sound and Display, But No Backlight - Bad Power Supply Board or Bad LED Bulbs ?
          by Tynan Dill
I was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.

Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.

I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.

The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.

With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.

          Assuming...

I have a floodlight-security camera that recently died on me.

its hardwired to 115v po115v outlet. One evening it simply died. After some troubleshooting (ensuring it had power and ensuring the electronics were actually functional by supplying 5v via usb port) i realized the power supply must be the issue. The supply was noticably warm to the touch even though it was not powering anything.

Trying to understand what i was up against i went looking for others with similar issues and anyone who might have attempted a repair. While a few ppl have had the...

Samsung Plasma TV Power Supply Issue
          by lp20th
I have a vintage 2008 Samsung 50” Plasma TV, Model code PN50A550S1FXZA with a power supply part number BN44-00222A. I repaired the power supply board several years ago finding a couple of cold solder joints on the back side of the board and it's worked great up until now. Recently a fried sound occurred with the smell of burnt electronics and the TV shut down. Trying to turn it back on yielded the typical relay clicking with no TV boot up. Upon investigation, removing feeds to the other boards within the TV it was found that disconnecting the logic board from the power supply allowed the...
