Re: Screen change
You need to look up the spec sheet of both panel to match the Inverter board and the T-CON board pin out and the required operating voltage and current.Never stop learning

Re: Screen change
Get the model number of the LCD panel assembly, there should be a sticker on the LCD panel, then just Google that model number.
For example, you can see the white sticker in this pictures here:

The pictures in this album is showing what I had to do to get the same LCD panel company but different model number to work, lots of works.

Re: Screen change
That SHARP probably uses SHARP LCD panel, so a swap would not be usually possible unless into/from another TV using a SHARP panel (certain Philips, LG, Samsung TVs.)Please do not PM me with questions! Questions via PM will not be answered. Post on the forums instead!

Re: Screen change
The part number you have listed is a Samsung LCD part. Sharp only rarely use Samsung panels. Please do not PM me with questions! Questions via PM will not be answered. Post on the forums instead!

Re: Screen change
No, because the panel signals used by the main board probably won't be compatible, also Sharp usually do not use 24V inverters so that would not be a straight swap either. Please do not PM me with questions! Questions via PM will not be answered. Post on the forums instead!

Re: Screen change
No, probably not. Only way to be sure is compare connectors but from memory they're completely different. Are you saying the Sharp you have is a Vestel based pile of crap? It may use a Samsung panel then, but if the Sharp/Vestel clone is much newer, it is unlikely the panels will be compatible, they change so often. Please do not PM me with questions!
