    Large cab 165 volts
    5v yes

    24v no
    F1 fuse good
volts at ac board 121v. can you help?

Does it respond to the power button in any way? Is there an indicator LED on when the set is plugged in? Does the connector plug on the top right corner of your first pic runs to the inverter boards? If so, could you post a pic of the connector on the inverter board? You may be able to force the PSU and inverters on. If I can see the pin callouts, I may be able to help you. If I can't someone here more than likely can.

In my limited experience, no reponse to the power button, along with no LED was due to a bad main board. I had the same symptoms on a 42" Vizio and a 47" Sharp. Forcing the PSU on will allow you to see if the 12V and 24V rails show proper voltage.

Walk me though it. I have not done that.

Well, you basically use two 1k ohm resistors. One jumpers from 5V to PS_ON (power supply on) and the other from 5V to BL_ON (back light on) or whatever this set calls it. When you plug the set on, the PSU should kick on, if it's working, and turn your backlights on, if they're working. Let me see if I can dig up a link to show you.

If your inverter looks like this, it looks like you need to use the resistor to jumper 5V to pin 12 on the inverter, ON/OFF.

Well, I wanna say it's the furthest pin to the right, I can't read it in your pic. I think it says BEL or something like that but I'm not certain. You might have to wait until someone with a little more knowledge chimes in.

That connector in the PSU pic goes to the main board though, does it not? Does the connector opposite of that one go to the inverter board?

Does the other end of the plug that goes into CN902 on the PSU unplug from the main? If so, with the tv unplugged, unplug the inverter board at the inverter board and the main at the main. Run a 1kohm resitor from the hole in the plug for one of the 5V pins to the hole that runs to PS_ON. Plug the tv in and see if you have voltage at 12V and 24V, if so, see if you have voltage at the VINs in the inverter plug. Maybe this set doesn't have a back light on pin.

OK, so if you jumper to PS_ON, see if you have 24V at pins 1-5 on CN903.

                                Have you seen this?

Apparently, I could be wrong about the issue being the main.

You may be able to use 2 (3V) or 3 (4.5V) AAA batteries to PS_ON.
