I checked the small caps again 3 of them were testing at 0.01 and 0.02. the forth one tested 0.00...Leave a comment:

Hello, picked this up a why back. first time working on a plasma, This tv is dead no power . checked voltage on PSU get no readings at all. fuses all check out to be good.unplugged every thing on PSU no voltage.also caps look good. hope you can help.... -
