    Here is a video with the problem.
    Panel gutted to be able to see the tubes.
    PS is powered through a resistor from the 5.2V to ON pin.

      I have just purchased a new PS from the bay for $25 and now it's working properly, no more blinking.

        I have installed the new power supply and the TV works, but it makes a buzzing sound.
        It makes the buzzing sound when there is no signal, or dark images.
        As I increase the backlight setting, the buzzing goes away.
        What this could be?

          No ideas?
          The seller offered to send a new board, but I would like to be sure that the PS is at fault and not something else, like tubes, or who knows what else.
          I have just received a CCFL tester and I will double check the tubes to be sure that they are working all four of them properly.

                The board that I have is the broken one.
                That resistor doesn't have the regular color rings. It's a green resistor with a couple of logos and the only marking that makes sens is 2A. I have measured it out of the circuit and shows 0 OHM. Maybe it's a fusible resistor of a very small value. On the auto scale shows between 0.03-0.05.

                      Fixed one that suddenly shutted off with no sign of life.
                      Replaced the ic strw6252, the picofuse (oddily placed on the hot side) and the schottky rectifier mbr10150 that failed at one of the two sides.
