  • Re: Need help diode smd mark HS10 not fond

Thank you very much. Definitely they should have these ratings because DC bus capacitors are rated 1200V DC.

  • Re: Need help diode smd mark HS10 not fond

    I tried but it looks more a zero or Q and not a G. HS1Q can't find also but HS1G it is 2A 400V.

I am attaching also a photo of the inverter pcb where Diodes D87 and D88 are placed ( 2 burnet diodes HS10 a think they are marked). One of them is connected to ground where 4 parallel 2 Ohms resistor of the damaged Mosfet smps part of the circuit is damaged and burned also these to diodes. The other leg of the diodes goes in the middle layer of the board to 3 power multistage igbt modules. It looks that these diodes are some feedback...

  • Need help diode smd mark HS10 not fond

I have found in an inverter circuit 2 smd diodes number D88 and D89 with code HS10 on them. I tried searching and the smallest diode in the internet was HS11 U-fast 50V 1A. Found only HS11 TO HS18 from 50V to 1000V and 1A but nothing about HS10.

    Can anyone help me?...

  • Re: Bestec ATX0300F5WA - fast,or slow blow, fuse?

I think you have to check in spite of the capacitors on the secondary side, also the filter coils. These signals showing in the oscilloscope look not very clean. There may be something wrong with the PSU.

I have seen situations when the noise from the transformer is related to the maximum allowed duty cycle coming from the PWM IC. It happens when we want to change the output wanted set point i.e. from 3.3V designed to work the transfromer to 5V or when the input voltage is too low regarding to rated voltage i.e. 150V...

  • Re: Can High Side damage on an SMPS get across the Transformer to the Low Side?

I also agree that the 2 mosfets connected to those resistors are blown and no damage on the secondary side of the transformer. I would suggest checking the Greatz bridge (AC/DC) converter before the big capacitor on the ac side because it can be the reason for the big capacitor failure. You can replace it also it may looks good with a new one to be sure no problem on the ac side.

    Good luck!

  • Re: What's wrong with my power supply?

    Hi Sbyseven!

I think you have to check first the diode bridge in dhe AC side just before the 420V 68uF capacitores. Maybe it is faulty open circuit in some of the 4 diodes. Second, remove glues at AC side near the 420 V capacitors (especially the black glue which cover the smd resistors). Some times it become conductive and low the voltage. Third remove these 420V capacitors and measure resistance (should be very high (Mega Ohm range)) and then the capacitance and compare it with 68uF for each. If you don't have capacitance meter...

  • APSINT3636VR 3600W APS INT Series 36V DC 230V AC Inverter/Charger schematic

I have a tripp-lite aspint 3636vr inverter charger which blow some of mosfet transistors. I replaced them repaired also the driver circuit and tested but the mosfets burn again.

It work very well as inverter and also as charger if I let the rear switch in auto mode (inverter) and charger only(charging) but in auto when I connect the feed line 220V AC first time it pass ok to line and start charging the batteries but when I remove the feed line it pass to inverter mode and if I do it again the second time when passing from charging to inverter the Main transformer start making a...
