Did you check the output voltages on the PSU to see if they are in reason? Do you have a multimeter?

I tested the DC voltage on the output side o the power supply board with the tv plugged in and on, this is i came up with

      P/on 4.82V

      +5 4.84V
      4.83V

      +5 usb 4.87V

      +12 11.69V
      11.69V
      11.69V

      Dim 1.36V

To me, they seem a little low, but okay.

Next check, regulators on main board. Post a pic of the main board.

No they are not good enough - the pictures are the only chance of us being to help you fix this. They need to be as near 2mb as you can get and should look like this

those caps don't look like they were marked, look like they are venting drive plasma scotty(lol), hit them with a magnifying glass or usb microscope and look for a fracture in the metal cap, then trace down the culprit that blew them

Here is another video this time connected to cable tv. Picture bleeds in on the right side when first turned on . Then looks like the middle to the right are dark on screen . You can get a better idea on whats going on with this tv... with the tv on..

Cant say for others, but i'd have preferred decent pictures of the boards straight on front and back and confirmation that you have checked the regulators and re inspected the suspect caps or replaced them.

                      Re: Sanyo dp46848!!

I took some time away from this tv and started playing around with it again. I tore it all apart again a looked for a bad connection to the lcd screen. I put it all back together and turned it on no change. So a gave it a few swift wacks on the right side where im having the problem and it started working fine. Here is what is going on with the tv, when it first turns on the screen is not right from the mid point to the right. once it warms up about 25 mins the tv works fine. So is this a connection issue or could it still be something on the board that is bad?? One other thing i noticed that when i do a channel scan in the menu and it sets all the digital channels if i turn it back on in the morning they didn't stay so i don't know if this is related...

                        Re: Sanyo dp46848!!

Might want to try proding parts on the power supply and mainboard with a non conductive object (wood / plastic), and seeing if any of them cause / or removes the problem.
Fixed so far 12 lcd's , 1 plasmas, 5 monitors, 0 dlp's (plan to keep the dlps at 0). and 3 atx power supplies, and 2 motherboards.
