Re: Click When Plugged In?
It appears to be a relay on the main board. That's as far as I get though just a click when I first plug it in, and then another when I unplug it!...

Click When Plugged In?
Hello, I have an Emerson LC401EM2F which had a blown fuse, searched on here and found it to be a diode that was bad. Changed the diode with the recommended part and that corrected the fuse blown problem. But all I am getting is a click as soon as I plug the tv in and that's it! I also get another click when I unplug the tv. Tv does not power up, no lights, not anything but a click. Anyone have any ideas what could be going on?

Re: Emerson LC401EM2F
On the bright side with the diode replaced its not blowing the fuse anymore, it's just not powering up, was hoping someone would have an idea what could be wrong

Emerson LC401EM2F
Hello Everyone! I just replaced the diode at 1208, as my tv had a blown fuse as well. When I go to power it up all I get is a click sound when I first plug it in, and then another click about 5 second after I unplug it. Does anyone have any suggestions for me to look at? Thanks!

1200Uf 35v cap!
Hello! I was working on a tv that was given to me because it didn't work a magnavox 32mf231d/37 so i took it apart and came across two bad caps. The two caps are labeled LZ 105 c P616 1200uf 35v. My local radio shack does not have 1200uf 35v caps but they do have 1000uf 35v caps, My question is will the 1000uf 35v work or do i need the 1200uf?

Re: Sanyo dp46848!!
I took some time away from this tv and started playing around with it again. I tore it all apart again a looked for a bad connection to the lcd screen. I put it all back together and turned it on no change. So a gave it a few swift wacks on the right side where im having the problem and it started working fine. Here is what is going on with the tv, when it first turns on the screen is not right from the mid point to the right. once it warms up about 25 mins the tv works fine. So is this a connection issue or could it still be something on the board that is bad??...

This is a video of my tv turned on and this is what its doing! Watch the whole video toward the end the static (sound) will start to disappear then turns to a crackle sound. Hope this will help point me in the better direction meing power supply board, main board, or something with the back lighting..Re:...

Re: Sanyo dp46848!!
Here are two pics of the main board and there are three caps that look like they have a stain on top but there isn't any bulging of the tops of them.
