Correct. After replacing the FSFR1700HSL(not available) with a FSFR1800HSL.

Thank guys, I wish I had the years of experience you have.......only way to learn is by doing it....

I wish I was such an expert as neilc6 and R_J, so that I could immediately say what was likely the problem....turns out they were correct about the "shorted icm801cs"........or if I only had the knowledge of lotus, Diah and dskall.

I did however learn to recognize the similar configuration and paths of PS boards for these LCD/LED TV...,
