Did you measure the Vf of the LED to see if they are 3V or 6V dual-LED?
Since the LEDs are connected in series then it will be easy to find out what the total Vf of the LED string is.

I'm surprised you got a transformer... thought that newer cheap non-dimmable LEDs have no transformer, just effectively has a series pass IC regulator like a LM317 in CC mode... ?
It is tempting to get one to work with low voltage, but with the LEDs usually wired in series, rewiring the heatsink board for parallel sounds no fun...

watch your fingers, some of those led boards run 70-90v or even higher.
there are led's with 6 or more dies in series in them specially for mains lamps.

The voltage is 17 v@50 mill amps I check it while the LEDs were ON then power them use an adjustable power supply set 17 volts it was showing 50 millimeters
I going to get some voltage/current regulars from eBay very soon and set up the same reading or maybe a little bit lower than that
One note
I do not like the way that power board is set up for one thing I do not see a fuse on or I have not found one
I will use this power supply with some add on
A while back GoldMine Electronic had a sale on LEDs strip lights 20 pieces for $20.00
they do not run this sale very often when I look on there site the other day and they did not list them any more which means that they are out of right now

It uses fusible resistor, the gray one right at the AC input feeding the bridge.
It does look like non-isolated buck converter, look up the IC next to the inductor.

I will look it up with a more powerful magafing glass than one I have in the shed I will post the part when i can read it
I saw the resistor but do not like that I want a real fuse and a fast acting fuse at that
I seen real **** happen when there are fuses in power supply’s I seen some damage when a power supply has a main fuse but it not bad from what I have seen

FFS just get a fricking led driver, either boost (to power from 1-2 batteries) or a buck (step-down) to create 17v from some higher voltage like 18.5v (laptop adapter) or 24v (common and cheap power supply).
