      Re: HX750 can't turn ON

Are there any visual defects present on the board? Some photos of YOUR psu would really help...

your symptoms seems to indicate a short circuit. it could be on the motherboard or in the psu.

Already checked Output and no short circuit ,
          the pin 5Vsb is normal 5,04 V

check for shorted diodes on the outputs

                up date,
change Cap in 5vsb 1000uf/10v NCC KY wilt ruby zlh 2200/16 and it's works
strange thing is the NCC capacitance is in spec, and esr 0,4

Sounds like the cap possibly had bad solder joints...

or high leakage, or low ripple capacity - a lot of testers dont show that.

NCC KY 10v 1000uF according specsheet:

                      1,000 8x20 0.069 Ohm 1,050A
                      1,000 10x16 0.060 Ohm 1,210A

An ESR of 0,4 Ohm (400 mOhm) is much to high for this capacitor, maybe it was the culprit.

100 % and it's better if he resolder whatever stressed joints he can check ...
