I already tried "Disable RAM.mps" script , black screen and shutdown after 20 seconds.

Hi, can you disable RAM please? Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15IML05 SN: PF1AFJMP
It powers on for about 12-13sec without display and no fan spin and goes off for the same period of time and keeps looping forever. Hope it will help.

Any chance the BIOS got corrupted? Owner says laptop was working fine before he left it in the cupboard for one year or more.

the laptop starts but random errors appear in windows. In memtest it shows that the memory is defective.
I tried another bios and the same errors in windows.
I tried to disable the integrated memory with Disable RAM.mps" script and i get black screen and shutdown after 20 seconds.

and danito thanks for the effort but it doesnt work. Still same problem. I believe there is some other issue with the board not BIOS related.
I'll get schematics and try some troubleshoot.

I also had a problem with the memory on a Thinkbook 15 G ARE LA-K062p, in my case one of the 4 memory chips was short circuited, I tried to disable it but according to the schematic there is no resistor layout to remove the memory or I don't see it or I'm not professional enough, I tried disabling it by modifying the bios, but that doesn't work either, unfortunately. I detected a defective chip through the thermal camera, I replaced the Micron D9ZFW with another one and the laptop works, it's a pity that the mod that disables the memory in the bios does not work for this model.
