This is also not working, laptop start for sec and turned off... I had no luck with SPD tool before also. Is there some another options?

Hi,

Can you disable onboard RAM for Lenovo TP T460s BIOS.
Attached is a working .bin backup that I have loaded a few times when attempting to disable RAM using the SPD Removal Tool v1.6.
Tried all sorts of combination ticks in that utility software (with no success).

but this is not working after i use this.. still no display.. when i use original bios can display but internal ram make artifact and blue screen on desktop and randomly it..

if the board has a video chipset, the problem might be there (chipset detached from the board probably)..check this..
