USBs work in bios screen. It doesn't work when desktop comes up. Can you please fix it?

It`s more likely to be a driver issue. Install the drivers from dell support, such as HID Event Filter Driver, Serial IO Driver .Try booting from linux as well and check if USB`s are working.

I installed another bios, the USBs worked but I got a TPM error. So I would be glad if you could fix your own bios.

You didn`t mention that before.. .Post the bios with the TPM error.

After trying the BIOS from message 115, the USB ports started working. However, it gave a TPM error. There wasn't a TPM error before, so I didn't mention it earlier.

I try to extract bios files from dell package, but can't find the 8MB file for EC only the 16MB

Thank you for your help, unfortunately, still the same problem: 2 amber 3 white blink. It suppose to be RAM related, but pretty sure it's bios, any suggestion?
