First boot is ok, let me in to setup then no matter what I clear in settings, factory default or security settings, after reboot i got [B]0177: Bad SVP data, stop POST task[/B] and shuts down.
I manage to make it to work with another EC content rewriting only data from 3DF50 to 3E03F.

Hi there!
I can't figure out where hides the password in this laptops EC...need some advice...
It's llike not have any pass but it has all right...
Maybe AMD store in other location?

Leave the 32Mb Main chip alone and write only the 16 Mb chip....Leave a comment:

Try first the "...new.bin" file and see if the laptop is booting ok and if it has password.
If all ok you have the patched content also in the zip , write it and follow the procedure from the first post in this thread.
In short:
- [B]Enter any character when asked for Supervisor Password[/B]
- Press [B]Enter [/B]when it shows [B]Hardware ID[/B]
- Press space bar 2x when asked
- Turn off machine
- Restore original BIOS

As I said try one per one the attached MAIN files ... meaning the 16Mbit EC chip remains untouched...
First MAIN file, (azzura) , is with a new content of your ME version and the second is with a newer version of ME.
Sorry to hear that they are not working....

Is there a way to disable a BIOS menu item by modding the bios/ec?
Particulary I'm interested on disabling the possibility to enable Touch Device by greying it out or delete the menu item...
