In my case re-seating the 32x0.5mm flat cable on the KBC connector side solved the problem...happened on many Lenovos (even if 1st pin is beeping right!!!)
Tried for at least 6-7 times until I get the real reading...took approx. 1 minute to read 254kb flash.
The writing part take no time...a blink of an eye and get programmed....
What do you mean by "...Im enter in manufactured..."?
You fill all missing tags with BCU ?...and after that you enter the BIOS and the password is still present?
So, I'm doing like this and every time it's functioning fine...(probably until G11...) after writing the patched content I have a live Windows 11 with BCU and save the config in to the BIOS.
At restart there are cases when asking if the data is right or not and after confirming all works perfect... in the other cases just boots fine w/o password....

Do not remove the CMOS battery because the laptop will start right away when you plug in the power cable. The other battery must be disconnected.
So, before you try again be sure that the laptop does NOT start automatically when you plug in the power adapter....
