            Hello.

I am trying to salvage Bios locked Lenovo T480 Type 20L5.
I tried couple of times to follow the guide of reading BIOS with NeoProgrammer, autopatching it with Python script, writing onto chip, following the GUIDE and then rewriting original image with erase and verify on.
Unfortunatly every time I fail to save the PC, after all this I try to boot the PC and it is still locked.
Anyone can help me with it, or guide me where am I making mistake?
I am including my original BIOS image with "patched one"

It looks like you may have a HDD pwd installed?
please remember: the script from Knucklegrumble
ONLY remove the BIOS Supervisor password… Nothing else…

I might sound like a complete idiot here but I have generated a patched .bin file using the autopatcher for my L480. Now how do I flash my current bios with this file??

Hello, trying to remove forgotten supervisor pw from my bios, need to do an OS install, pc boots into windows fine but I don't have the a tools to get dump file from the chip physically. Tried to extract a bin from the .exe (which I also included) I last updated the bios with, but I am not that computer literate and I am just confused now. I did find a bin for my 20EQ motherboard but I don't know if it needs to be specifically obtained from my pc.

                                PC DETAILS:

                                LENOVO P50 INTEL Ci7 6820HQ

                                SERIAL - PC0TNEGH

                                MBOARD - 20EQS4QM00 SDK0J40697 WIN

                                CURRENT BIOS VERSION: N1EETA2W (1.75)
                                Attached Files

Suppose when you have the bios patch, how do you write it to the bios chip ?

Just preparing for when I am able to get access to a programmer. Might take a couple of weeks to get it , my country is not so easy to get deliveries quickly, figured I'd get this part of the process done if possible.
