Tried another bios that a skilled user sent me but the Computrace situtation persists, i reset RTC and load defaults on BIOS but still the same. How is that possible?
Rollback bios to older possible version ( 1.31 ), reset security chip, reset fingerprint (just in case), same issue.Leave a comment:

Education time.
Trying to find Computrace string in older bios (there is no AbtState in it) but i can't find the AA553F hex in any of these variables. What i'm i missing?

My friend listen, i tried before to explain it. 7310 and 7410 have exactly the same motherboard, i have tried all combinations of flashing, no luck. Dell Support confirm 7310 and 7410 have the same BIOS.
Problem is on power supply rails but i still haven't managed to get some free time and research for it.
I'll start with 3v and 5v measurements, probably after Easter and update.
I really hope we manage to solve it, lots of Dell users suffer from this issue....Leave a comment:

Finally this BIOS worked, thank you very much.
P.S: It would be wise to keep in mind that under certain circumstances both utilities fail to edit the locked BIOS. Unfortunately i don't know the exact circumstances but i'll keep the locked BIOS stored in case someone wants to run some research.

Well yes, when i try to enter BIOS it asks for fingerprint OR password, if i press Esc it asks me if i want to enter as Guest.
Also the RCunlocker confirms there's a password and that password is removed.
I upload screenshot and original bios it self.

Ok now i'm into a very weird situation.
I backed up the bios from a 650 G1, i drag into this tool and RCUnlocker too, the result is that both the original dump and the patched (from both tools) are identical!
I compare them with HxD

Have you tried RTC reset?
Remove all power sources: charger, main battery and rtc battery and hold power button for 30 secs, then connect charger and see if powers on.Leave a comment:
