Original psu is 300W and the one i use is 170w.
Perhaps this is the problem?

PR5401 PC6202 PC6210 @ 0.8 but sometimes sparks up to 1.5v and then drops again at 0.8 or lower.
PL6202 @ 0v
No reaction when i press the power button.
4v @ PQ111 and PQ110
3.3v @ PQ112 PR113 PR115 PQ113 (PIN 3)
0v @ PR127 RX10 RX8
Not sure if i'm proceeding correctly, schematics always looked like alien language to me....Leave a comment:

I solder the FET, the motherboard powered up, i installed heatsink and RAM and never came up again, i see strange voltages the are around 500mV and going up and down, meanwhile i just realized the genuine psu of it is faulty, it has 20v but cannot charge any other Lenovo that i have here. Now i'm using a 170w of mine but still no power.
What do you want to measure?

Replaced the PQ1005 and I get power led when I connected power supply, then I installed some ram and the fans to check post and video output but I never saw power led again.
I think the PQ1005 is not soldered firmly, this motherboard need very high heat to melt solder well.
How can I check if PQ1005 is soldered correctly or not?...Leave a comment:

Hello. I reupload the images as .rar, for some reason they don't work as .jpg. Check them and you will immediately understand what is has to be done...

Finally managed to get some time on the bench with this motherboard. Thank you for replying.
Where do you want to measure?
Meanwhile i have 5v on PL701, PL101 and only 1v on PL301.
All other coils are 0v
