I am having the same problem after I tried to program the bios, I doubt there is a missing resistor somewhere. If anyone has a similar board please help me double check and point to me what is missing or added and shouldn't. Any assistance will be appreciated...

This laptop has dots that show up once on the windows login screen. The bios menu and windows loading phase doesn't have them.
What I have tried:
change screens but it's not a screen issue as they show on internal and external display.
Changed SSD and Windows
Wrote a new bios
Inspected if there is anything unusual on the board, none
Has someone seen this before, what could be the issue... -
