I need assistance here, my brother removed the bios so he can copy the files on this same identical machine, and when he was done my bios doesn't work and his laptop is not working either so now we are stuck with 2 identical laptops

So you only have one backup for both laptops. Whats the problem ,password or ME .

Initially it was the bios password needed but now both machines are no longer working, I just need to clean this file , the Me region clean up

Aptio 4 Ami delivers me a 6 MB file

can someone unlock it?
I try to upload it with Aptio4Ami, is that working?

I cleared the section with FF and replaced the 01 with 00 as pictured but I still get asked for a password on power-up (user password?) is that in a different location?
