820-4924-A works but it doesn't turn the fan

i've got this macbook with liquid damage, you can see it in the pictures.

i cleaned out of the wet zone.

The mac turns on and works well, but I see the fan doesn't turn on.

I put in a new fan, the failure persists

I have the signals of 3.3v and 5 v, but I don't have SMC_FAN_0_CTL

The question is, what signs should be present for the generation of SMC_FAN_0_CTL?

Fan won't spin until CPU gets burning hot.

the CPU gets warmed up, you hear the chime, there's image.

In all the macbook when connecting the magsafe, there's a fan spin.


In this case, it's not like that, I'm worried because I'm afraid it might burn

Piernov, thank you, I've got the logic. Compare to another Macbook the same and this model does not turn on the fan when the magsafe is placed as in the case of 820-3115…
