PPBUS_G3H = 12 V s
PP3V3_G3H = 3.3 V
PP5V_G3S = 5 V
PP3V3_S5 = 03.3V...

A1990 Macbook Pro Doesn't Turn On
The MacBook was initially drawing only 5 V. After removing C9081, it now draws 20 V, but the current remains at only 0.05 A, and the MacBook still does not power on.
