    I have no power
    SSD_CLKREQ_L=0
    TBT_T_CLKREQ_L=0
    but as I understand it there should be 3.3v

      SSD_CLKREQ_L=3.3V until you connect SSD_PCIE_CLKREQ_LB_L then the voltage drops to 0.090V. but there is no short circuit. resistance SSD_PCIE_CLKREQ_LB_L=3.75 megohm.

        No. If with the _L suffix then if the signal is 0V = logic low then it is active. This is good for these 2 signals.

          SSD_CLKREQ_L=0v but it should be 3.3v? maybe the problem is in UB000?

            No, this signal is ok.

              how can it be that all the readings are normal but the ssd is not working?

                  PCIE_CLK100M_SSD_LB_P=0V
                  PCIE_CLK100M_SSD_LB_N=0V

                  These lines should not be 0V when the ssd is working. This clock is generated by the pch. This clock is required by all pcie devices to function. This is a 100mhz clock.

                    the voltage on these lines exists and fluctuates

                    PCIE_CLK100M_SSD_LB_P=0.725V
                    PCIE_CLK100M_SSD_LB_N=0.716V

                      I also noticed that when connecting an external monitor via type-C there is no image (maybe there is a connection).

                            Remove all power. Meter in DIODE mode.

                            Red meter lead, yes RED to ground.

                            Black meter lead to the point to test.

                            Measure each signal of the SSD interface in DIODE mode at the lifeboat jumper block area.

                            Post each measurement.

                                I have TBT_T_CLKREQ_L=0v. and in a working MacBook TBT_T_CLKREQ_L =3.3v.

                                  how to check if the ssd is working properly? Maybe they have a problem or in the processor?

                                    I already mentioned that the SSD controller has a RAM layer above the processor and these are often underfilled. You didn't mention whether you had reballed that layer or not, and what the source of the replacement was.

                                    As far as the NAND's go, you can use the JC P13 programmer to test.

                                      Yes, both layers were soldered 2 times but the result was zero. the second donor controller was also soldered from another board, but the result was also zero. I will look for another donor fee.

                                          Note that reprogramming the bios can also solve no SSD/hdd issue.
