ps4 1215 model Changed port and encoder still no video?

hi guys so i have this ps4 fat 1215 i believe ( the one with the ps4 pro/slim newer encoder ic ) so i replaced hdmi and 2 blown filters and still no pic so i replaced encoder and still no pic. i made sure port is solid even checked with a breakout hdmi and tested ground and data lines.. Filters are all good , though 2 of the newer ones are larger then the original ones i dont know if that matters ?
Made sure under the scope encoder pins all look solid went over with fine tip and solder again. Idk but this thing is stressing me out..
ps4 seems to boot fine blue light then solid white after a minute.

i was wondering if anyone had the diode values of all the caps and diodes/resistors around encoder / port and underside ??

My board is similar to this one

could be a faulty new encoder as a lot of fakes around also you could try asking on this facebook group for advice https://www.facebook.com/groups/console.repair.legion

Ok here are the Diode readings for HDMI port

i made sure all pins on encoder are intact..

i kept getting blown fuses with no power just testing with multimeter ?
      Maybe from the heat??

All filters are good now and encoder looks solid.

      Here are the current readings

You have an error in reading on 1, 4, 10 pins (they should have the same as on 3, 6, 7, 9, 12 - the same resistance relative to gnd

Anyone ? Really want to figure this out i will not let it defeat me!!
If readings are good that mean encoder and hdmi and filters are all good? im getting 5v to pin 18 to .. Fuse is good ? what else can it be?

Check the resistance between the HDMI pins and encoder pins going through the filters.

they are good all have contiuity , if the hdmi readings are good doesnt that mean the lines from the hdmi port to the encoder are good ?

ive tried in safe mode and without drive it should still produce a ps logo , even without drive safe mode should show video but doesnt . can it be something else ? Gpu? or other chip ?

so 2 bad encoders ? But if they were bad i wouldnt get those readings ?

Replacing electrolytic caps by solid caps on old motherboards
                          by madscientist750
I do have several old pc motherboards which i recapped 10 year ago and some of those caps are bulged now.
I would like to upgrade them using solid capacitors. I do use them for testing and helping some alternative operating systems.
I would like to ask if such an upgrade can be done, what should i have in mind when replacing electrolytic by solid caps and if such thing exist, if there are caps list for old motherboards. I would have to figure out what caps needs each motherboard and then prepare a list to try to ask for them on some electronics stores.

Hi all, I've spent the past week digging through the forums and guides to try correct my foolish mistake of changing hidden settings while tinkering around, and to be honest my heads overloaded so I'm hoping you'll be able to help.

I used a tool called 'Smokeless-UMAF' to access usually hidden settings in the bios. I tweaked one or two 'safe' things but made the mistake of tweaking a lot of settings under 'USB/Thunderbolt Configurations' when I didn't know what they did. For...

Ps4 slim WLOD not HDMI encoder IC
                          by An-klamm
                          Hello!
I bought 3x PS4 slim in the hope that I can repair all three so I can sell two and have one for free.
All three had the error that no picture is outputed but the LED lights up white.
I have already replaced the HDMI encoder IC and one PS4 is working straight away.
It seems to be a different error with the others.
I have measured everything that I can measure in the installed state. There are 5V, 5.1V, 2.4V, 3.6V, 1V, 2V. I can't see any differences between the working PS4 and the defective ones.
I have measured the HDMI port and all PINs have approximately...

                          by Weelcup
                          Hi friends

I have a dell XPS 9530 which had some liquid damage to the usb area. I replaced both the usbc iCs and not I can see 20v on the meter. But it does nothing and the 20v is not passing to charge the battery or turning on the board either.

I suspected the PD controller (usbc controller) but it will need to be flashed if I decide to replace it. I thought that if the usbc controller needs flashing then at least the board should turn on on the battery. I charged the battery externally and attached it to the laptop. Now the 11.8v is actually passed to the board I can...
