It will be water, but that is a poor way to remove a screen, he's using the wrong tool for such a large panel.
What size panel are you removing ?
Don't ever use alcohol on an LCD It damages the coating.

You could try using some shop bought flux, this would identify if the problem is the flux or the iron.

Use low melt solder and decent solder wick to clear the ground holes, there should be no need to poke at them.

That part number seems to be linked to different sizes of Samsung and also a Vizio TV.

If you say they light for 2 seconds, then they work up to a point. Enough to test with a tester anyway i would think. I should have been clearer with my earlier reply.
Most times the damage happens on reassembly, the LCD is laid in the plastic guides and as the front metal bezel is clipped back on the LCD jumps out of its place and gets cracked when the metal bezel is pushed on.
Also damage to the flex cables to the buffer boards. Use painters tape (it leaves no residue) to hold them out of the way.
It's best to wear gloves to avoid finger prints....

The part number looks to be 69.55t24.t04 as doing a search online for that brings up results.

VHB stands for very high bond. If it wasn't sticking, it's fake.

I use Chemtronics wick. I didn't buy mine from Ali but a search has it showing up.

Unless you are replacing the unleaded solder with leaded then you won't need to change the temperature.

I's just the glass digitizer that is broken, the screen is fine.

I believe only the wirlesss/bt is a card. The LAN looks to connect directly to the processor. LAN and WLAN being the same speeds support this. The wireless card is ac, far faster than 70Mbps.

Now that you say you've rolled the copper to the right, I see it.
I would say it's possible.

It is a bit blurry, but I'd say it's possible.
