    Your caps are good, so we're left with the issue of the buzzy coils. Usually hot glue or silicone does reduce the sound somewhat, although often not entirely.     Sometimes the very design of the CPU VRM causes the coils to buzz quite loudly - this can sometimes, but not always, be solved by changing the Vcore/Icore. Does the sound abate or get worse when at higher Icore levels? You might want to try running 'burnk7' to see if this is the case.

      The noise does not seems to be related with the processor because i usually hear it while doing some graphix or playing games.

        U may use heatshrink tubes on the coils
        and attach heatsinks to mosfets to make them
        cool.
