Can I see the picture of the back side of the LCD panel to see if it has integrated T-CON board or stand alone T-CON board? If it has big long board, then not much you can do.

Carefully clean the flat ribbon cables shown at the top of your picture. Had there been two matching voltage regulators - one for each side -I would have suggested testing but as there is only one I dont know. Perhaps budm will pick it up later.

I know from my TV experience, that the Tcon/LVDS board can cause your fault in some cases.

I don't knew that there was one regulator per side, but if yes if there are 2 inductors it means 2 switching regulators so try to measure voltage across C100 and C84, after that i don't know wich voltage we must expect but later we can inspect this.

i did take some measurements. on the two diodes near switching regulators i have on
                d15 3.3v
                d16 12v
                F1 12v
                u2 pin1 0v pin2 1.8v pin3 3.3v
                l2. 3.3v
                l2 12v

                  "l2. 3.3v
                  l2 12v"
i don't know what are we here to do for..
why and how you tested l2? Why you wrote 2 times L2?
That L2 means voltage across his pins or from one to GND?
if u don't want to do my suggest tell me.. i'll go away

it is type error. i measured from ground. i try on c100 and c84. i measure on the cathode of the diodes , it is output right? and l1 and l2 are usually outputs of voltage regulators too.

no is not output.. yes l1-l2 are on the output but depends wich side you measure.. why you don't measure across caps 8-( ?
