My yamaha Rxv-485 showing version error

My friends Yamaha RXv-485 receiver has stopped communicating on network and Bluetooth, we decided to make a firmware update from USB stick but after a while it comes up with the message "unknown".... Its the latest 1.87 version we are trying to load and it seems like the is no firmware in it at the moment as it does not state the old version ?

Any ideas how to resolve this issue?

I know, this thread is regarding different models, but I believe yours also have WN9711 module. Read the pdf file from post 7. Perhaps 485 also have those two solder pads.

my case there is no internal error message ,only version error displaying screen ,amplifier section working perfectly but network,USB and Bluetooth not working
