The BlueESR would be the most trustworthy of the three.

But talk to RusMike here on this forum and see if he can sell you the ESRMicro at a good price.

It's a tested design, with history, made by a guy that knows what he's doing, tried and used by lots of people.

The other two are clones, might be good, might be bad, few people bought and reviewed them so I and other people can't guarantee they work well.

I personally own the ESRMicro and I like it, it works well, other people on this forum have that ESRMicro and RusMike is quite helpful so I have no problems recommending his meter.
I bought it for around 50$ but I don't know how much it would be for you, i bought mine months ago.

The perfect ESR meter it should have a complete frequency range 100Hz-100 KHz, and high resolution at the minimum of 2.000 counts for the ESR measurements.

I built the meter featured on this http://electronics-diy.com/esr-meter.php page and although ive not had the opportunity to compare it to any other meter hands-on it seems to do a decent job and it was quite cheap to source parts for.

I've seen the ESR pictures. It shows it has 0.01 measurement resolution; this is fine.

I've seen these on eBay. All shipped from china. Anyone experience any problems by this? I've read feedback of sellers and a lot of US customers claim they never received them.
