Kind of like changing a timing belt and not doing the water pump and tensioner.
    I know this feeling
I usually do one thing at the time and test.
I've learned my lesson with "do alot and 1/20 things fixed it"

But anyway cannot close this thread because Im here back with blinky blinky fault light....
the LED pins that were 59v before are now 51v. after 10 secconds they drop to around 48v and then back to 51v

CPU on the motherboard gets "warm"
And the 51v on the LED backlight pins drop to 0v when the front panel light starts blinking twice.

D you have steady voltage on the led pins when the led cable is unhooked?

Mobo cable unhooked and the voltage starts dropping from 51v to 0v sloooooowlyyy.
After maybe 3-4minutes there is 0v.

As soon as I plug the cable back. It goes straight to 51v

When mobo cable is attached. I can find 51v and 1.2v

LED cable unhooked, there is still same 51v that goes between 48 and 51v.
No effect on the two LED cables

          I started measuring backlight LED's
There is two LED's in one "chip"
I measured every single of them. Most of the chips, both LED's turn on and meter shows 2.3v
Some of them turn on half way. Like one is super dim and other is bright and meter shows 1.3v
Found also that some do not turn on at.
The chips that do not turn on at all, my fluke is showing 0.8v for most of them. But also there are leds that do not turn on and meter is showing 2.3v
          Tried both ways.
So the backlight might be the issue?

A single row but it's possibly two strips.
