Hi i have Samsung ue49mu6120

the tv will not turn on, no standby light, power supply BN44-00807F
Main board BN41-02568B
BN94-12644a

i have repaired tv's in the past, i know the basics.....

when i remove the psu cable to main board i get back lights......

if any one has repaired this tv or had similar problem..

This chassis is famous for its standby firmware rally in SPI Flash W25Q40CL (IC1604).
If you have a programmer, then copy the contents of W25Q40CL (IC1604) and post it here, I'll fix the dump for you.

Using the programmer, you unsolder the spi flash, insert it into the programmer and read the data, save it in BIN format and put it here.

Well, I don't know whether to buy the simplest "CH341A" or take it from friends who are engaged in electronics repair, without a programmer you will not repair your Samsung, only replace the mainboard.

They are not all standard, they may have different software versions.

Hi have a programmer CH341A now, please can you post software and drivers.... to use programmer
i have removed the main board i can only see ic1603 Winbond 25Q80DVSIG 1737... is this the right chip to copy?

Hi, the chip spi flash is under the IC1604 (25Q40CL) heatsink.

I just bought the same programmer and tried but had no luck. Please let me know if you get it to work. Maybe I’m doing something wrong.
