I thank you lotas for your interest, I had some dumps saved and by trying different ones I managed to get it to turn back on.
I was lucky to find the right one.

Good morning Lotas, it's not possible, the memory is faulty, reading it there is nothing.

I need your Dump, without your native dump, I can’t help you, all damaged dumps have emptiness at the beginning (FF, FF, FF....).

Completely off, disconnecting the mains turns the backlight on regularly.
I read your W25Q40CL but it is completely defective, in fact when reading it it is completely erased, is it possible to restore it somehow?

Hi, I have the same sympthoms with my TV. The TV does not turn on, but when I disconnect the motherboard from power supply, the backlihgt leds are on. I have read the dump. Can you help me too. TV :

OK, I programmed 25Q40 modifyed by You and tried to turn on TV. No reaction.

Your dump is damaged again, which means you did something wrong with the status register.

OK. I used same procedure for programming, verify was OK, so there is possible, that board has a different failure. But voltages are OK and there is no short at board.

You can once again read this dump that you recorded and post it, I’ll take a look.

I corrected both dumps and they are fully working, or I wrote it down incorrectly (didn’t install status registers), or there is another problem somewhere..

Good solution Yes, I need to repair both of dumps in archive. OP 24082904 - already tested and working, but second dump OP 19020603 still not working. Red LED not lit, TV not turn on..
