Why leds shining blue?
unplug lvds socket. Turn on tv and plug a dvd or receiver via scart. if you hearing sound panel is faulty. if still same...good luck.https://www.badcaps.netComment

i dont know why display is blue
the backlights seem very bright viewed from the back of tv.
i use satellite box i/p via scart . no sound,since f/w update.
so is this important
your f/w is

could it be the f/w is not the same ,would this explain why ,since f/w update i have no sound?Comment

before you write FW the tv was installed so you can switch input to hear sound. complete firmware you did flashed the tv will be back to first installation page so no way to switch input. you can by pass it as blind way by pressing OK several time on RC and EXIT too.Comment

Hi all,
sorry to waking this post again... I have the exact same issue and my tcon has the same components -RT6939 GQW. Its an MI tv and even I thought it was a cap that was shorted but now after reading this post I learn that its a fuse. Did you find a solution to this? I need help urgently.Comment

Hope this finds you well. This LG 82UN8570AUD (April 2021 model) 4K UHD television has full audio capabilities but video is compromised / problematic.
When I picked up this large LG tv it had a full black screen upon startup. Previous owner said it just went black one day. No popping sound or anything else of note.
I got the display to work by taping off several traces of the right-hand side ribbon cable on the TCON that leads from TCON to PANEL. However, despite dozens and dozens of attempts to find the right combination / range of traces taped... -
Just bought this for 10 bucks yesterday hoping to fix it. The guy said water dropped inside from a dehumidifier hose and it started showing black and white vertical bars then went blank. When I got it home and turned it on it came on fine and displayed correctly but I was noticing faint vertical bars in the image. After a little bit I turned it off and back on and it was a black screen again. I opened it up to check for water damage and corrosion but didn't find anything of the sort. I cleaned the ribbons anyway and reconnected them but still got a blank screen. If I disconnect the right side... -
This thread is about trying to get an Universal Main Board to work with a Sharp TCON and panel.
I have a Sharp LC-46D85UN TV that has had a main board issue. Since this model is from 2009, I am not able to find an exact replacement of the main board. Instead, I decided to see if I can future proof this tv by getting a Universal Main Board (T53U21.2) from China to work with the Sharp TCON (CPWBX4291TPZA) and panel. The universal main board supports a 8 bit dual channel LVDS interface whereas the TCON requires a 10 bit dual channel LVDS input. I have modded the LVDS connector to match... -
Good afternoon,
I have a Polaroid P43D300.
It shipped with WiFi and Bluetooth.
Two weeks ago, I ran through the first time installation.
This did a full reset and went through the first time setup.
Once complete, I went to settings > sound.
selected Audio Link, changed setting from disabled to enabled, pressed green button on remote and the tv does a search (discovery) for Bluetooth devices.
search completes and doesn't find any devices.
I have tried everything I can think of.

Hi There,
This TV was auto switching off after few seconds with some vertical lines on the screen, so got a new TCON board and replaced it.
After replacing the TCON board it was working fine and i set it up with everything, used for few hours, then had the bright idea to update the software on it. During the update process, TV switched off and now no audio or video. No relay switch sound.
