I have found the Q409 (AO3407A) on ebay.

Quick update,
replaced the T-con D109,
the main Q409 & L702(with fuse, not yet knowing what to replace the original with)
and the TV is working again.
However, there is no speaker audio.
Headphone jack works fine with all inputs hdmi, pc audio in, scart etc...
Tv def not in 'mute', volume cranked up, menu audio setting set to 'auto' and both speakers do work.

Get 2.9v Hp_det with hp out and 0.3v with hp plugged in.
Theres 24v at the amp i.c.
Theres 0v on Amp Mute, not sure if this should be high or low.

Applying heat to the board makes no difference.

With the hp plugged in or out the following volts remain the same:
Q1106
B - 0v (Side_HP_Mute)
C - 2.9v
E - 0v
Q1105
B - 2.9v
C - 0v
E - 3.5v
Have confirmed the hp plug contacts do engaged/disengage.

All 4 speaker outputs (L+/- & R +/-) are shorted.

May be stupid of me to ask but have you reconnected the speaker connector to the mainboard. Check the mainboard connector solder joints are good. I have had solder breaks in the socket on the mainboard as a result of plugging in and out the speaker connector.

Yh, I did try that from the user menu but no joy.
From the service menu there does not appear to be a reset option.

A firmware updates sometimes fixes audio issues.

Beginning to think its the NTP-7100 ic at fault.
Don't really fancy trying to replace it until all other options have been exhausted.
Not sure I will be able to do it successfully but would have a go if necessary and as a last resort.

Try in audio settings-sound mode and hit the reset option if you didn't already.

yh tried the Audio 'reset' first before the 'Factory reset'.

Even tried disabling headphone in service menu, from '1' to '0'.

Did you recheck the service menu to see if the setting stayed 0?

Sometimes plug and unplug headphones many times will work.
