Thanks for the service manual but I already knew that ...
According to this book, it is a power board failure,
but I switched the power panel to another that worked on the previous TV 100%
          Anyone have any idea ??
Not in the forum repairers etc?
          Thanks.

disconnect one of the flat cables between the T-con board and the lcd panel, Does the tv turn on and give half screen? If not, reconnect the cable and disconnect the other cable and try again. If the tv stays on you have a panel problem.
According to this book, it is a power board failure
No the book says "Panel Power supply error" In this case the Panel likely has a short killing the panel supply voltage FROM the power supply

here's a try on your theory a little earlier.
                first disconnected one flat cable.
error equals black screen light flashing. 2 slow 5x short
then i plugged the flat cable back in and unplugged the next, same error black screen light flashes....
so the led panel is ok?

What Voltage measurement have you done on the connectors of the power supply board?
Upload the pictures of the boards using attachment for us to look at.

Re: TV Sharp AQUOS LC-60LE635E TV not power ON

                    ok.
i measured the voltages on the pins.
so if I disconnect the panel from the main panel and measure it on the table.
                    i get on pin 15 / 5V
when i make contact with pin 15 and pin 14 (BU5V to PS-ON)
                    i get on pin 5,6,7,8 12.95V almost pure 13V
                    i don't get 12V on pin 1.2.
if i plug the power board back into the tv and plug in the main board, i get 12v on pin 1.2 but hold the current until the light starts blinking then i have no more voltage on pin 1.2

                    but some more
                    on the LED light connector
1,2,3,4 ice here I get no tension not when I have a board on the table or when it is mounted on a tv

You need to report the Voltage readings (ALL CABLES IN PLACE) for each pin (except GND) of the PD connector when TV is off and when power switch is activated:
                      TV OFF:
                      Pin 1, 2 PNL12V = xxx V
                      Pin 5, 6, 7, 8 UR13V = xxx V
                      ............

                      Power switch activated:
                      TV OFF:
                      Pin 1, 2 PNL12V = xxx V
                      Pin 5, 6, 7, 8 UR13V = xxx V
                      ............

                        Ok Budm.
when i plug the tv into electricity the light starts to go on immediately.
after a few seconds the light blinks.
                        the measurement results are

                        PIN 1, 2 PNL12V = 0V
                        PIN 5, 6, 7, 8 UR13V = 12.95V
                        that's it

So you are saying you have 0 volts on pin 16 as well? Then there is your problem.

since Mr Budim told me to only measure pin 1 2 and 5 6 7 8

Pin 16 is..PNL_POW, this stands for PaNeL POWer, and is the line that turns the PNL12V (PD-1,2) on and off. I suspect it should be about the same voltage as the PS-ON (3.3~5v)

If you have the voltgae on PD, pin 16 I suspect you could have a bad Q7120 regulator ic, This is a 12 volt regulator ic with on/off I have seen this before

ok now i measured the voltage a little more carefully.
when i turn on the tv in 220v
the first 5 seconds I have a voltage on the following pins like this

                                    PIN 1, 2 PNL12V = 12V
                                    PIN 3 = 0V GND
                                    PIN 4 = 0V GND
                                    PIN 5 =12,89V
                                    PIN 6 =12,89V
                                    PIN 7 =12,89V
                                    PIN 8 =12,89V
                                    PIN 9 =0V GND
                                    PIN 10 =0V GND
                                    PIN 11 =0V GND
                                    PIN 12 =0V GND
                                    PIN 13 AC-DET = 3,33V
                                    PIN 14 PS-ON = 2,86V
                                    PIN 15 BU5V = 5,05V
                                    PIN 16 PNL-POW = 3.30V
                                    PIN 17 = 0V
                                    PIN 18 = 0,40V
                                    PIN 19 DIMMER = 0V
                                    PIN 20 = 0,45V
                                    PIN 21 OFL = 0V
                                    PIN 22 ERROR = 0V
                                    PIN 23 = 0V
                                    PIN 24 STB = 0V

here are the results of measuring the first 5 seconds when I plug the cable into the electricity. (Main board conectet whit power board)!
                                    after 5 seconds i have voltage only on PIN 15 / BU5V = 5V
                                    that's it

Based on what you are saying, I suspect you have a fault with the main board, because you have the standby (BU5V) but you do not have the PS-ON to turn ON the power supply. If there is a large BGA ic on the main board I suspect that could be the problem, try heating the ic and see if it stays on longer

I was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.

Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.

I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.

The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.

With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.

                                          Hi all!

I'm trying to troubleshoot a Microsoft Surface Pro (5th gen) model 1796 that won't power on. Motherboard model is M1007506-015. My priority is retrieving data, but the SSD is integrated so it looks like if I can't repair it it'll need to go to a data recovery company. I've done a little basic board repair before, but nothing this advanced until now. So please forgive my ignorance in advance. 😅

I found the boardview for this laptop in the forums here, and am able to open it on my PC with FlexBV.

                                          Hi all,

TL;DR - this laptop is driving me nuts with the oddball power-related behaviors. Appreciate any insight you can provide!

I'm experiencing a power issue on an Asus Probook P5440UF-XB74. Although I've worked with electronics and computers for decades, this is my first attempt at getting into motherboard-level component troubleshooting. Any help the community can provide is greatly appreciated!

A few weeks ago I was using the laptop (on battery power) for a Zoom meeting. The battery was running very low (long meeting) but I wasn't worried about...

I have wanting to do this project for quite sometime now and I finally found a switching power supply that will work on this desoldering gun station ZD-915 that the original switching power supply took a shit and just was not worth trying to fix it because this switching power is not quite big enough to handle the heater element and the vacuum pump

One note when I tested the switching power supply and the voltage control board I noticed that this desoldering gun heat up much faster than the original switching power supply which I was really surprised by to the point that I might buy...
