    I just did a continuity test on the 3 fuses.All tested fine except F6001. Read bad. This is the culprit. Can it be replaced ( looks very small) or is this a whole board replacement.

      As I suspected, F6001. Check the resistance between Ground and the bottom leg of the fuse to see if it shows low resistance reading or not.
      Also check those caps you had marked earlier to see if they show low resistance reading or not.
      You can use through hole type fuse since the board has lots of room for through hole type fuse such PICO fuse.

            Found a pack of ( 6 ) 4 amp 125 volt... will order tonight PICO Fuses.
