Panasonic th-58pz700u 1 blink, help plz

I have a 2008 th-58pz700u plasma that I love. It recently decided to turn on and then turns off after about 5 seconds. If I unplug the power cord from the wall and plug back in the TV will turn on automatically and then turn off after 5 seconds. The front LED power light blinks 1 then 3 seconds later blinks again 1 time. I replaced the DG board with a working DG board and I get the same symptoms. If I press the front power button for 10 seconds and power it on, it does the same thing, instead flashes 12 times. So I replaced the H board. This is all according to the service manual.

Was curious if anyone has any other options you would recommend. I did order a new D board as that will be the next board I am going to replace.

Thanks much for any help you can provide.

The troubleshooting diagram actually doesnt make sense to me. I attached the diagram.

I unplugged the d3 connector from the D board. I plug in the tv and it automatically turns on, but there is no power light. The part I dont get is the second part of the question. "No raster with SC and SS LEDS on"? I search high and low on the two boards and I dont see any led lights, which I assume would be pretty obvious. So YES the tv turns on automatically, but NO leds on the SC and SS board are on. So do I goto to the Yes or No part of the diagram. If I choose Yes, well I already replaced the DG board. If I say no, replace the D board, which is on order right now.

To me the question is asked very oddly.

I just wanted to chime in and let everyone know that I sent Todd over for some advice after he purchased the replacement DG board from me and was unsuccessful with the repair. The H board came from elsewhere but attached is a picture of the TV I had here that the DG board was removed from. It had only local screen defects on the upper portion and I ran the TV for multiple hours prior to selling the boards. The D board came from this as well. Hopefully some of the plasma guru's have an idea as I was confident from the flow diagram that the DG board was going to take care of it.

      Thanks,

      Aaron

Just wanted to let everyone know that the problem was remedied with the replacement of the D board. All's well that ends well.

Another D board or the one you sold?
I only repair Panasonic plasma tv's! Currently owning a TX-P55VT50 and still searching for a ZT60!

The one he bought from me. His original DG board as well as the one I sold him were both functional.

I was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.

Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.

I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.

The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.

With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.

              Assuming...

Hi, this is my personal laptop, which the original board (lets call it Board A) blew up PU8700 (TPS51486), making a hole on the board, i had left the laptop at my desk one day with the battery fully charged and didn't touch it for a week, but when i tried to turn it on it didn't
Thought the battery was dead, so i plugged in the charger then tried to power on, the power LED blinked once, charged LED still orange, unplugged the charger, plugged in again and I noticed the "magic smoke" smell, so i unplugged the charger, removed the back cover and saw the blown IC (the "magic...

Panasonic switching power supply daughter board has two 27uf @ 50 volt capacitors which I do not keep in stock
              by sam_sam_sam
I did not have any 27uf @ 50 volt capacitors but one nice thing is that it has enough room for two capacitors in parallel a 22uf and a 4.7uf @ 50 volts 22 plus 4.7 equals 26.7uf which so very close to 27uf I will show some pictures of it sometime tomorrow

This is one of the shit est boards I seen in a very long time and it was the daughter board the traces just lifting off the board I had to use the capacitor leads to repair the the traces and the main board is not any better because I had to repair several traces for the daughter board to the main board

Panasonic TC-P54VT25 No image. A or D board?
              by canadaboy25
I have a Panasonic TC-P54VT25 that will power on and prime the display but there is no image at all.

The panel is primed as there is a slight glow from the entire panel. This means the problem should be logic related. The service manual also confirms this and recommends replacing the A or the D board.

I have tried to get the TV to display the test sequence but I have been unable to and I don't even know if this TV has a test sequence or not. I tried following tom66's instructions in post #3 on this thread https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=26790. There was...
