Ok this fault is Repairable, But i dont know where to look into, can somebody please guide me which part or parts (IC) I should check, i am attaching the Blink Chart.
I have checked this board in another working TV Set, so the fault is in the Board not the panel.

Ok take a soft toothbrush and a detergant powder or liquid, make a lather in a tub or a bucket, and dip T-Con in it,clean thoroughly with a toothbrush for atleast 10-15 minutes, front and back side, after that wash it under running tap water, with pressure so if there is any corrosion beneath the smd;s, it gets cleaned, then after that if you have 99% Isopropyl alcholol Solution, Dip in it for 1-2 minutes, or pour on it, so that it dries out water from T-Con, then Dry T-Con with Hair Dryer, keep it aside for atleast 10-15 minutes, then dry again with...

It surely needs a thorough cleaning, because mere cleaning with contact cleaner will only do a surface cleaning, where as it need cleaning below the smd's also.

I think your original T-Con is OK, But seems very dirty, it need a Good Bath in Ultrasonic Cleaner. Get it cleaned,it will work again.

but do check first with swapping the LVDS Cable, if the shaded side changes then certainly its a faulty T-Con.

Hey your LVDS Cable is not connected properly....

I Had the same problem with my panasonic ,too much carbon on the Tab Bonding On the Panel, Try to clean the tabs connected on the shaded side with an Eraser, hope your problem will be solved.

    For Example.

  • Re: Panasonic LCD TH-L32C30D On 9 Blinks

@tw2005, my Power board also has a problem, due to the power surge, the two mosfet was shorted, and i replaced it with the substitute number, the original was 8A55DA, and i used STP10NK70ZFP as recomended by the shop seller (due to unavaiblity of the service manual),
it showed the display, but after 5-8 seconds one mosfet bursted and also shorted one transistor and one resistance,
Now after looking at the service manual, i have replaced everything according to the exact value, but when i power on, it goes into one blink which says...

  • Re: Samsung LA32C350D1 Any Idea About This Fault?

I don't meant to offend anyone. or challenge their ability or knowledge as rightly said by budm "I haven't seen much LCD Panels" as i am just a beginner in this field and doing this much as a Hobbyist rather than a Technician so some of my queries do sound like a noob.
Anyways if i could have dismantle the panel, though it was more risky, i don't think that i might have a luck to find that Obsolete Model integrated T-Con in my local market, so i Re-packed it and return it to the the client.but want to thank you all...

As far as i know T-con board is atleast 3x4 Inches wide or more, there is not enough space in that panel, the panel top cover is 2 inches only, how can there be T-con Hidden inside there, its only Tab Bonding PCB there with few capacitance and resistors only, and the one you mention that Strip is hardly 1.5 inches.
