    As follows
    ALL 3.3V = 3.27v
    PON-H2 = 1.069v
    PON21V = 21.24v
    PROTECT3 = .163
    BL-SW (BL-ON)= .001

    So with all the boards connected, what DCV do you have on these jumpers?
    ALL 3.3V =
    PON-H2 =
    PON21V =
    PROTECT3 =
    BL-SW (BL-ON) =

    yeah... when the main board is disconnected from the psu, there should be then only the stby voltage available from the PSU, nothing else. I can't see any FL chassis number on these pics. I know, I've uploaded a service manual for a 50me313v/f7, which is a previous model, on here some where. I wonder if the pinout on the PSU would be the same or not? I know the PSU looks different, but may be worth a shot.

    Well here is a kicker... With main disconnected i cannot find any voltages worth recording.

    However with main connected i have red led on at ir board and have all voltages come up except none on led output side of power board.

    amp13+V is 12.22 v and does not change with main connected and power button presses or remote has no effect.

    with main disconnected nothing worth recording.

    Look at those jumpers close to the black connector that goes to the main board, you will see printing such as: ALL 3.3V, PONH2, AMP+13V (about 8V in standby), PON21V (about 12V in standby), PROTECT3, BL-SW (BL-ON), BL-ADJ (DIMMING), ADIM3 (DIMING), OVP3, UVLO3, VLED3, LED+40V, etc.
    Also look at the bottom side of the board.
    There are two white stickers that I cannot read the printing on them, please tell me what they are.
    The blank PCB is P/N BA4GU5F01 02.
    Is there chassis number printed on the model number sticker on the back of the TV?

    Any more tests i can do to confirm that is all? How do you force the power supply on this thing?

    That is not enough voltage to turn the PSU on. So I think you need a new main board.

    Mangavox 50ME314V/F7 "Funai junk"

    Alright guys this tv is totally yuck. Anyways it won't turn on or do anything. power supply seems to be working but hard to test anything this thing uses jump bridges as test points. Where the hell do i begin on this nasty tv lol.

    It has standby and other voltages and is not sending voltages to led. Main appears not to respond at all to power button presses. Pics coming soon
