At since point since you did test the power supply/inverter board by itself using force on with resistors but still no backlights then you do have power supply board problem.
VBR missing is the main board problem.

It certainly looks as Budm says. Out of curiosity what was the Status voltage when you had jumped all three points? From the link in an earlier post given on this thread, when the set was displaying the logo
        VBR_B - 3.22V
        Status - 0.0V

I suspect that the Status voltage (3.06V) is at fault condition and as a result disabling VBR_B

Willing to help but I'm no expert.

Did not notice that in the first post.
It may be a bad cfl lamp arching.

No, it is definitely blue LED lights. the one under the PS/Inverter board I can actually see the when I look under it. The light in the top corner is the same light and they both light and fade out the same together. Plus if there were arcing and such, i think I would hear it and it would look a lot different lol.

Samsung UN60EH6000F Black Screen, Backlight and Sound Good. Power Cycle Returns Picture
                  by Mgiffune
I have a 60 inch Samsung UN60EH6000F flatscreen TV. The screen went black a few months ago Sound is good, backlight is good, no menu. I replaced the TCon board with a used board purchased from Ebay. It worked fine for a 3-4 months, then the screen started ‘fading' back. Once again, sound is good, backlight is good, no menu. However, this time the picture looks fine for about 10-15 minutes, then fades back. If I power cycle the TV, the display reappears, for another 10-15 minutes, then fades black again. Repeatable ever time.

I ordered a supposedly ‘new' Tcon board this time, and

Unknown transformer : how to find a good replacement part ?
                  by the_rem
                  Hello guys,

I would like a quite old but still good 800 W ATX PSU to be repaired. The problem was an extremely heavy coil whine coming from the small secondary transfomer on the PCB.

I desoldered it hoping the references on the upper side would allow me to find a adequate replacement part. Sadly the written references drove me nowhere but to the manufacturer (I-MAG). I sent them a message like a bottle in the see asking them to send me a datasheet of the transformer. And... They responded ! I received a kind of datasheet (see attachment) but my competencies do not allow...

Good brands of run capacitor for house heat hump
                  by cook
Are there good brands for 'run capacitors' or 'start capacitors' that are used on electric motors or heat pump compressors? ... r are the good capacitor brands for electronics (power supplies, laptops, motherboards, etc.) also the good brands for run capacitors?
Yeah I know this might be a novice question, but I just wanted to be sure. I did do a search on the forum but did not see this question asked before.

                  Thanks

Good power bank shells for 18650 cells?
                  by spleenharvester
I did a cell salvage run on some Dyson batteries to build out a new fleet of Milwaukee batteries and the yield was a lot higher than expected, so I now have a lot of extra Sony VTC4s that are in reasonably good health. I'd like to build them into power banks, there's a glut of shells for 18650s on AliExpress but I don't know which are any good (read: won't explode). Can anyone recommend some (especially the ones that just fit a single cell)? Weld or weldless are fine, I have a spot welder

I suppose USB-PD and/or quick charge would be desirable too

                  Cheers
