I received it this way. Plug the tv in the red lights along the buttons light up (all of them) and the power display in center, all in red. The button lights will shut off after a couple seconds. If I press the power button the red buttons will light up again and shut off. The power indicator at center stays red. If I unhook the back lights or t-con nothing changes. If I disconnect the power supply form the input board it puts it into a back light test mode? (similar to Samsung). I have zero or almost zero voltage at all points except BL which is 4.108V off and 4.103V on, 5V 5.169V off and 5.162V on and OFF 50.8mV off and 50.7mV on.(when hooked up and testing between power cycles) If I disconnect the cable between the input and the power supply the reading on the cable are 14V 11.921V, BL 4.098V, 12V(both) 11.93V, 5V 5.175V, OFF .83V. everything else is zero. I can not find a flow chart. I believe this indicates a bad input board. Any thoughts?

Re: NS-46E560A11 Will not turn on.
With the main board disconnected what are the voltages on the following power supply pins next to Led1
Code:1 +12V = 2 +12V = 3 GND = 4 +12V = 5 GND = 6 GND = 7 +5VSTB = 8 EXT_DIM = 9 GND = 10 PS_ON = 11 INT_DIM = 12 BL_ON =

Re: NS-46E560A11 Will not turn on.
I'm not 100% certain but since the supplies are all up and backlights on when the mainboard is disconnected then I'm suspecting a main board fault but would be worth waiting to see what others think could be the problem.Last edited by dick_barton; 04-09-2017, 03:37 PM.Willing to help but I'm no expert.

Re: NS-46E560A11 Will not turn on.
That's what's confusing me. I believe it is ON when PS_ON is taken low by the main board.
But with the main board connected and in standby, PS_ON at 1.27V looks awful low to start off with but does go 50mV when switched out of standby.
.
The power supply itself tested OK when PS_ON was at 0.8VWilling to help but I'm no expert.

Re: NS-46E560A11 Will not turn on.
It is may one of those similar to Samsung board that only needs about 1V for PS-ON, and 0V for OFF.Last edited by budm; 04-09-2017, 05:02 PM.Never stop learning
