so, the board turns on the white LED when connecting the charger, and turns off quickly. I noticed that when it turns on, it goes up to 3 and 5 V and drops quickly.
A question first of all:
What would be the resistance of the Ryzen processor in this case?
PL 8000, 8001 and 8002 are at 2.1 Ohms, is that correct?
I don't have 3V on pin 96 PM_RSM_RST# of the EC nor on pin 14 O_RST_EC# and I also don't have a short on these lines.
On the EC I only have +3VA on pin 12.
On the pins where +3VA_EC should go I have nothing.

HP 15s-FQ Series / MB: DA0P5HMB8J0 REV: J / Loop turns on and off without video.
When I turn it on, the white LED flashes and then turns off, and it stays like this.
We have 3 and 5V S5 as soon as I start it, then the voltages drop because we don't have the MAIN_ON that originates from IT5570 pin 33.
We don't have a short in the sources.
I re-recorded 2 BIOSes here on the site, which apparently are OK.
Now I would go for the EC IT5570 BIOS, but I couldn't find it anywhere.
What else could I check to make this MAIN_ON pulse appear? -

This board raises all the voltages but soon after fall, only 12, 5 and 1.8V the rest is dropped after a few seconds.
Analyzing the PWM of the Vcore graphic, which would be the next in the start seuqência, I realize that we have only 2.4V stuck in the pin of the EN .
I went to the logic port U505 pin 4 OUT, and it comes out 3.3V correctly, passes through the D504 And gets its 3v but when it arrives at the EN pin of the PWM, it is in 2.4V And I think that may be causing the defect!
I tried to find some resistor in the way and only found the R552 of 0 Ohm, which enters... -

Simply the frames fall quickly and when I will see in the system manager, the video card disappears! I turned off the machine and noticed that when I turned it back on, it did not raise the voltage of the video card however , right after turning on and then again about 2 times, returned to show the tension in the coils.

Guys this board is beautiful, without any oxidation, it’s a green plate that I could not identify the model but I know it’s an RTX 3060 by chipset GA106-302 She turns on but her coolers are already 100% and no video.
