bn41-00944a succesfull component level repair?

I have a samsung lnt4069fx with gray/white screen issues and slow blinking red light.(see pictures) It has a bn41-00944a frc which apparently goes bad.

tv red blinks the same way with that board disconnected from the motherboard

So far Ive tested the 5 pins voltage regulators and they output the correct voltage at 2.5V and 1.8V. I tried reflowing but the heatsink wont let me heat it correctly

All Im seeing is people replacing the board altogether. Anyone ever fixed one?

What do you get if you have the ribbon cable between the T-CON and the LCD panel connected one at a time?

HP 450 g1 keeps turning on even tho I shutdown/sleep . one way to stop the turning on cycle is pressing the power button few seconds thus force powering it off. But then sometimes it does not turn on at all but next day I try again to turn it on and it turns on....

Satellite PRO A50-A Not turning on after turning off Windows

A device with specifications
Toshiba Satellite PRO A50-A is here to replace the hard drive.
The hard drive has been replaced and there is no problem, but there is another problem, but the customer does not care to fix the problem.
The device enters Windows without any problem and works, even I put pressure on the CPU and graphics, but when I turn off the system through Windows, if I want to turn it on again, the system switches, but it turns off quickly within a second, and this routine continues. It is turning on and off within a second and soon it turns off....

VX3276-2K-mhd-2 Random Turning off

Recently staring turning off more often, brightens set at 50% - monitor back side in PSU area is very warm to touch, also at front left corner getting hot.
When changed brightens set at 30% no longer turning off , and no longer I can feel any heat in this areas.

This can be signs of bad capacitors causing overheating PSU ?

Dell latitude E7240 not turning on if adapter plugged in

Laptop turns on only on battery but if I plugged the adapter with battery, it is not turning on. After turning on the laptop using only battery (no adapter plug in), then plugging the adapter everything works fine also charging ok. Anyone have any clue what’s wrong?...

Swan SP0110N electric tin opener, not turning can.

Hi all,

I have this electric tin opener and the part that moves the can round (1st picture), doesn't move, I can hear the motor turning, but no movement, there's something rattling inside, so presume a piece of plastic has broken, or come loose.

Took the bottom plate off, but left with this (3rd picture), any ideas how to get inside?
