When the motherboard is off for several hours. The device starts and enters Windows.

The MOSFET is not short circuited.
The resistance of the inductors is suitable and only the resistance of the inductor is 1.02 volts pch 36 ohms, the rest have good resistance.

PCH is heated but not hot.
