I performed a short circuit test on the 3.3V line at 1V, 3A, as shown in the photo, and the second MOSFET responsible for the 0.75V lit up on the thermal image. Besides replacing it, what else should I look for?...

I check backside near PGOD
Just after passing 0R resistor voltage drop to 1.5mv from 3.3V
I not see any short here.
Can Failed MPQ8633B can cause this ?...Leave a comment:

RX 6750XT missing 1.8V
I repairing second GPU, missing 1.8V line.
Culprit looks like resistor in board-view is 0R on pin 19 VCC due its show 1.5K Ohm
I only wish to confirm if I suspicion is right before I mess up
Edit: this is not resistor only gray cap :p
Enable pin recive 3.3V and pin 19 also get 3,3V.... -
RX 6700 XT Reference dead ming cards
I can buy bunch of them at 1/3 price of second hand ones but can preliminary test them/ select best if I not touch amd warranty seal on heatsink screw, I can remove back-plate
In first batch I see 2 with dead short on 12V molex and when injecting voltage I see no voltage leak to output caps here some resistance values on output caps Red is from working Sapphire RX 6700 10Gb due sharing this same PCB layout I suspicious of blue one is no repairable due low resistance
But I surprised by third one that do not have short on it because 2 middle 12v filtering caps on... -
Hm... after some thoughts this can be also due I assembled this LCD from two broken one have burn out electronics other broken LCD panel, both this same model but different month of production and inside electronic have small differences. In end is possible this led strap is not compatible, sadly no HDR for me.

Caps looks fine I tested some in circuit and shows proper values also I isolated secondary cap for led and hold values.
Visually I only slightly discolouration yellow tape on LED transformer, in real life looks more prominent.
I drilled some holes in IO shield for better airflow, bottom and TOP on photo only bottom showed.
Hm I wonder if this can be some failing insulation or poor connection and when Voltage increase for better brightens I getting heating in corner, I have two LED connectors and only one side getting HOT....Leave a comment:

VX3276-2K-mhd-2 Random Turning off
Recently staring turning off more often, brightens set at 50% - monitor back side in PSU area is very warm to touch, also at front left corner getting hot.
When changed brightens set at 30% no longer turning off , and no longer I can feel any heat in this areas.
This can be signs of bad capacitors causing overheating PSU ? -

Edit never mind gpu packaged failed looks like factory defect shows its ugly side after all this time.

Looking for AMD RX 6800 Reference BoardView
As in topic I have RX 6800 without 1.8V line and will be happy if someone have schematics -
Small update on Am5 platform with new bios I can select gpu hybrid mode from bios iGPU sub menu

I manage find alternative solution using iGPU on CPU to output image via motherboard HDMI.

This register tweak add switchable GPU option that is present in laptops to desktop now my mining GPU work in all games.
Some OC I change bios to standard Rx 6700 and UV 1.07V OC +15%TDP

Update:
GPU chip have laser off sense pin for detection if monitors is plugged on all ports, I know because I put all smd *( even freaking 0201) and display ports on board and not worked and only after this I notice it
I been fooled due all data signal pins are still connected and have correct resistance values :/

I think add top 2 display ports due schematic that I have from Rx 5700 full info and RX 6700 only info about resistors and capacitors, but they they have different values for capacitors on bottom display port and one of smd needed for HDMI is no longer available to buy, values of capacitors, resistors I getting from schematics.
Before I order parts please check this SMD that I identified:

I plug my faithful M-tester to unknown part looks like dual diode.
I also test N-channel trench mosfet that was next to, but detect as normal N-channel....Leave a comment:

I asking because I can get myself new one unused for half price of Rx 6600xt.
From photo their pcb looks like Sapphire RX 6700 10Gb but missing video outputs.
I have some experience with soldering, I only concern about what smd parts to gets and if I can Flash Bios on it ?
Any one know list of needed smd parts caps/ resistors for HDMI and Dispaly ports ?
