Hello
A device with specifications
Toshiba Satellite PRO A50-A is here to replace the hard drive.
The hard drive has been replaced and there is no problem, but there is another problem, but the customer does not care to fix the problem.
The device enters Windows without any problem and works, even I put pressure on the CPU and graphics, but when I turn off the system through Windows, if I want to turn it on again, the system switches, but it turns off quickly within a second, and this routine continues. It is turning on and off within a second and soon it turns off. This routine continues until I remove the main battery of the device and put it back.
The battery has also been tested and the system works without any problems for the first time, but as soon as I turn it off in Windows, it won't switch until I remove the adapter from the socket and reconnect it. It does not assume the time of connecting and disconnecting the charger, that is, after the shutdown in Windows and the system not turning on, I disconnected and connected the charger within one second, the system was easily switched and entered Windows!
It was tested with another charger and another battery.
The backup battery was also replaced.
BIOS was programmed.
In the BIOS, if I press the switch button and the system shuts down. It turns on without any problem, but as soon as I turn it off in Windows, the system does not boot and turns on and off within a second. I disconnect and connect the charger for a second, switch the system, it goes into Windows easily
I tested inside mini windows and it has the same problem.
I did not find a map of this device
Even now, the customer does not want to repair it, I just asked for my own knowledge, what is the cause of this defect. I doubted the RTC part myself, but I didn't have a plan for this model, I will go ahead according to it, only the battery has a 3.3 voltage, along with the 3.3 battery itself, then it goes into a 5-pin AC and to several other places.
Unfortunately, the customer was in a hurry and the device should be delivered in a few hours, otherwise I wanted to repair it for free, just to find the fault.
I would appreciate it if you could guide me on which parts of the system I should choose for troubleshooting
Thanks
