Have you tried to input a signal through the Scart, AV or PC inputs in the event that it's an HDMI problem?

I knew the hdmi worked because i had a freeview box linked up,i cant select scart av etc has having no screen not even a blue screen

Just looked at the inverter board,tested a fuse similar like on the tcon,states near the fuse 15a/65v,I got a reading at 23.5v ? when the tv is switched on the tcon highlights a blue light,then goes off after one minute is this correct ?

Those are all pictures of the inverter which you have already said is working?

the two ribbons i tested are connected from the psu to the board which has hdmi scart etc,the other ribbon from psu to inverter has not been checked,i dont know what voltages they are along it,does not state on the board.

Well they do work,i just check the fuse out of curiosity.

You show the backlight working in one of your earlier photo's so I cannot see why they would need testing?

Hard to say if this is a lcd panel issue or a bad mainboard or tcon as backlights seem too be working fine
