Issue with picture quality of Sony bravia TV

Hello, Last week I bought the 50" Sony X80j tv everything was working fine, untill I plugged the tv in a ups power supply 650va the tv remote control became unresponsive and the TV became laggy after a while the picture quality isn't the same as before the tv seems less brighter and the picture is somehow blurry, people's faces don't look as natural as before, there is a mini orange-pink tint to the edge of people's faces especially in NETFLIX Dolby Vision like in One Piece ep1 Alvida skin tone, my intention was to protect the tv but something went wrong I checked the ups with a multimeter, it showed arround 80 volts (tv works in 220v-250v), after noticing that I removed back the ups power supply and plugged the tv directly to the power outlet this time with a surge protector instead but the tv kept those aspects I tried everything factory reset, power off the tv and unplug the power for half a day but nothing the picture is not poping out as before (the wow effect is gone) if you see the tv for the first time it may not be as noticeable as if you knew how the tv looked before, please help me understand what's wrong and If should stop using the tv to avoid further damage. Please check this link to see some screenshots of the issue : https://imgur.com/a/gv6R8bn
This is another screenshot to explain better the problem the picture went from the screenshot's picture on top to the one on bottom, as you see on the on top one there is a sort of cold blue light, the color are more vibrant and more 3D especially reds and pinks, the bottom one seems less vivid and not popping out, please explain why this is happening and can this be fixed ?

its bad idea to use UPS or surge protector within TV. the TV PSU have this protection... plug out the TV from AC over night.( to discharge completely ).. then try it just plug it in wall direct

Thanks for your reply, the surge protector I am using only cuts power if voltage is higher/lower than settings since the TV can't do it itself, is there something I can do to get back to the original picture quality of the TV ? this gives me anxiety to high levels imagine upgrading from a 10 years old TV and your new TV looks stunning then you mess up and it's not looking as great

again , the TY at full function when its operate at power 220-240V AC need between 65 -145 W., UPS or surge protector cant handle this. rate ...so it will be less power provided to the TV.. leave it over night discharge then use it at wall direct.

After using the TV directly plugged to the outlet I noticed that it became more responsive, Google TV menu was blazing fast, do you recommend bypassing the surge protector because I think it's just acting like a regular outlet with a voltage displayer and a switch to turn off the power if the voltage is higher than what's set 250v or lower than 220v then it turns on after 10s of cooldown, taking in consideration the increased responsiveness the picture is still not as before, is there something I can do regarding this issue ?

I dropped the surge protector now the TV is directly plugged to the outlet, I did some researches I found that QLED TVs use blue led backlight, is it possible that something went wrong with the backlight? I am not sure if my X80j is QLED since Sony is marketing QLED as Triluminous but it's more as software side now-days so I can't know for sure if my TV is using blue led backlight, it just feels like there was more blue to the picture like this one :

T-con suspect issue. Both ribbon cables no picture. One ribbon cable ok. (58pus8545)
                by Tr0ll
Hi guys! I realized you have a lot of knowledge here so i am hoping you could point me in right direction with my odd issue.

The Tv is a Philips 58PUS8545/12, it had no picture but working backlights.

                Original T-con:
Opened the Tv and tested to unplug one ribbon cable at a time. With this test i could see that i got fine picture on both halves as long as there was only one ribbon cable connected, with two connected picture were gone.

                First replacement T-con:

I thought it might be t-con and ordered new t-con from china(supposedly tested)...

Sony Bravia KDL-40v4100 has no picture but has power, backlight, and sound
                by ryandesign
Hello! I would like to repair my father's Sony Bravia KDL-40v4100 LCD TV. It was in perfect working order the last time I used it before the pandemic. Then it sat plugged in but unused for a year or more. And now everything still works except that there is no picture on the screen. A relay can be heard to click when the power cable is connected. When the power button is pressed there is a green power LED and then the backlight turns on. If I connect an HDMI cable and play something with audio I can hear it through the speakers. The remote control buttons are recognized. There is just never anything...

Sony Bravia KDL-40V2500 that will not power on
                by PopsCaps
I have a Sony Bravia KDL-40V2500 that will not power on. The indicator flashes red 3 times.
I do not hear any sound and I cannot see any backlight.
I have tried disconnecting every cable on each board one at a time to see if anything changes.
The only change is when I disconnect AC-DET cable on the Power Supply board or on the other end if I unplug the CN7009 connection on the B-Board and try to power on the TV the indicator will stay on solid green until I power off.
My friend ordered another used power supply board but it is also doing the red indicator flash 3 times...

Panasonic AG-1000B VHS player with bad picture quality
                by FZG
                Hello!

I recently got an old VHS player from Panasonic and just for fun I want to try to repair this device. It is an AG-1000B portable VHS player from 1990 and it has a problem with picture quality in playback mode.

Picture in playback mode is very noisy and often loses sync but the still images are nearly perfect.

I want to know, is this something that could be solved by recapping or is the video head likely gone?

                Also, what mechanism is this?

                Any feedback is appreciated!...
